# What are the Ketryx default release documents and what are the documents omitted by default? How do I re-include them in my release?

By default, Ketryx includes the following release documents on the "Documents for this version" page:

- SBoM - SOUP - Software Configuration Report
- Vulnerability Report
- Risk Management File
- System Requirements Specification
- System Design Specification
- System Architecture Chart
- Traceability Matrix
- Problem Report
- Test Plan
- Testing Report
- Training Status Report
- Release Notes

The following documents are omitted by default:

- Cyber Risk Management File
- Risk Control Matrix
- Risk Matrix
- System Design Matrix
- Unresolved Anomalies
- Change Request Verification Report
- Change Management File
- Authority Matrix

The organization owner can configure which documents are included or omitted from the list of release documents by adjusting the "Omitted documents" field in the [advanced settings](https://docs.ketryx.com/reference/advanced-settings#document-configuration).
