# Could Ketryx personnel add users to groups or add users to the organization for me?

Access to Ketryx, and membership in groups, should be managed and closely monitored by your organization owner. As a general rule, Ketryx staff will not adjust membership in those groups, nor grant access to Ketryx. This should only be performed by your organization's employees with the appropriate owner privileges.
