# What is the process for adding a new user to Ketryx?

To add a new user to Ketryx, there are two main approaches:

### **1. Inviting users:**  As an organization member with the "Invite members" permission, you can directly invite new users to your Ketryx organization. Here's how:

- Go to the "Organization" section
- Navigate to "Members"
- Use the "Invite member" button
- Enter the new user's full name and email address

Newly invited members will typically have read-only access by default. Organization owners can adjust permissions as needed.

### **2. Self-signup:**  If a user tries to log in with an email address not yet in the system, they will be prompted to sign up. The process involves:

- Filling out a sign-up form with required information (full name, organization)
- Accepting the Terms of Service
- Clicking "Sign up and receive a login link" to complete the process
