## What if I did not use a service account to connect an integrated system with Ketryx?

Currently, switching the connection to a service account (such as [ketryx@yourcompany.com](mailto:ketryx@yourcompany.com)) in an established project may cause items to lose connecting links to the external source system. The best way to switch out connections is to delete the old project and create a new project, establishing connections with the new service account in the creation process.
