How do I exclude items with an 'obsolete' status from Ketryx?

If your organization uses an 'obsolete' status name to indicate that an item is no longer relevant to the product, and Ketryx is reading these items in initial project setup, you may want to remove them from the instance. In this case, configuring the Removal status names advanced setting to include the 'obsolete' status name is the easiest way to mark these items for exclusion.

Once a project is on the Ketryx platform, we recommend marking items as obsolete by populating the 'Obsolete in version' field. These fields support the Ketryx framework of long-lived and point-wise item types.
