## Which fields copy from Test Cases to Test Executions when creating executions?

### Fields that automatically copy:

- **Description**
- **Steps**
- **Expected behavior**
- **Attachments**

### Fields that do NOT automatically copy:

- **Custom fields** (including custom rich text fields, dropdowns, text fields, etc.)
- **Custom properties** added to work item types
- **Any other non-system fields**

This behavior is consistent across both creation methods:

- Creating Test Executions through Ketryx Test Management
- Creating Test Executions via the Jira traceability widget

### Workaround for custom fields:

If you need custom field content from your Test Cases to appear in your Test Executions, you will need to manually copy this information after the Test Execution is created.
