Yes, you can create a risk in a .md file in Git, which will be read only in Ketryx. To do this, use the following field keys:

• Initial likelihood of occurrence (P1)
• Initial likelihood of harm (P2)
• Initial total probability
• Initial severity
• Initial risk evaluation
• Residual likelihood of occurrence (P1)
• Residual likelihood of harm (P2)
• Residual total probability
• Residual severity
• Residual risk evaluation
• Risk acceptability

However, we recommend managing risks directly in Ketryx to support use of calculated fields and to ensure the best overall user experience.
